It is possible to revoke and cancel your online course within a certain period of time. The 14-day cancellation period applies from the date of your course registration. A 6-month contract period applies from the start of the course. You must cancel your course no later than 6 weeks before the end of this first six months, so that the cancellation becomes effective after these 6 months. Thereafter, a 3-month cancellation period applies from the date of receipt of your cancellation.
A cancellation or revocation must always be made in writing and the term revocation/cancellation should be used in your letter. An e-mail is sufficient.
