The jury listened to, analysed and compared more than 800 contest entries (anonymously, of course) until it was finally settled who would win this year’s prizes for the best mix and the best remix of the contest song “Down on Earth It’s Christmas Time”.
Once again, you didn’t make it easy for us – but in the end we managed to choose the different winners of the main and special prizes.
We would also like to thank all the other participants who spent a lot of time and used their creativity to make this year’s contest so exciting and interesting.
You can be sure – this was not the last XMAS MIX CONTEST!
After the jury’s decision, the 20 raffled mix analyses will be created next. These feedbacks by the HOFA-College tutors will be sent to the recipients in a few days and can also be displayed on their account.

The song “Down on Earth It’s Christmas Time”
This year’s Xmas Song features Dobro guitars, Rhodes, a 1940s drum set, lap steel and much more. Like two years ago, we invited David Readman to perform the lead vocals. The contest song was written and produced by HOFA CEO Jochen Sachse.
